– EN Fashion – Hunter McGrady has launched her debut clothing line.
The body positivity model has created the All Worthy collection in partnership with bosses at shopping channel QVC, with the range featuring T-shirts, dresses, and jumpsuits in U.S. sizes 0 – 36 (U.K. 2 – 32).
Discussing the clothing line in an interview with Teen Vogue, Hunter explained that she was inspired to name the collection after the viral hashtag she created when she appeared on the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue in 2017.
“I want everybody to feel worthy,” the 26-year-old told the publication. “I want them to feel empowered, amazing, beautiful, comfortable in their skin. I want them to put on these pieces and feel like they can just take on the day and be the best that they can be, and I want people to know that we’re all in this together.
“Very few designers have really got onboard with expanding their sizes above an XL or a size 14, and they’re missing out on a big customer,” she added. “They’re missing out on more than half of the population. Fashion doesn’t stop at a size 14.”
The blonde beauty has also been using her Instagram followers to comprehensively research just what women want from a size-inclusive clothing brand.
“I just said, ‘Hey, listen, drop it in my DM (direct messages), or drop it in the box. Let me know your dream piece, or let me know what you think isn’t out there or available for you,'” Hunter shared.
Her first collection also includes a stretch crepe one-shouldered black top, a chiffon dress available in red or black, scoop neck tank tops, and an asymmetrical snakeskin-look skirt. More product drops are expected throughout the year, beginning next month.
All Worthy by Hunter McGrady is available now, with prices ranging from $29.50 – $69.75 (£24 – £56).
