Dog Lovers – Aren’t adoption stories the cutest? Especially when it comes to families adopting dogs or a dog lover who are inspired by others.
The blacks for example are dedicated dog lovers who are residents of Raleigh, North Carolina. The couple is one dog loving family, they rescued three dogs Leroy, Annie and Winchester.
Ever since 2009, the blacks have offered a foster home for dogs in need. In this case they wanted to provide support to pregnant dogs to avoid birthing injuries.
Rosie adopted by Dog Lovers
Rosie was adopted from a local shelter, a golden retriever who was previously abandoned by the owners and left at the shelter in October 2017.
She was pregnant and about to give birth, how cruel could the previous owners be? The manager was very worried about her condition and she feared that she would give birth in the shelter home itself.
Volunteers Thought She Would Give Birth on The Way
Considering how Rosie was feeling, the manager called the golden retriever caretakers at Neuse River. One of the kind volunteers picked Rosie up from the shelter the very next morning.
Looking at her the volunteer was convince that the dog would give birth on the way to Raleigh Vet Clinic.

PUPS/ Dog Lovers
The couple arrived to find four puppies after Rosie’s delivery! There is absolutely no similarity between the pups and Rosie, I mean look at yourself. The four puppies look like a quartet of cuddly cows.
Katie posted a picture of the quartet on Instagram on November 2, 2017. The post read, “Not quite the puppy pile we were expecting.”
How Adorable Are They TOGETHER????
Rosie and her foster parents were super excited and thrilled about the new born babies. I mean Rosie looks quite excited herself, these little babies have also become a great source of entertainment for the family’
Kate infact told a reporter about how her dad was super impressed and laughed quite a bit.
Katie Gave Them Some Social Media Loving
She continued, “Dad loved it, and joked that it’s the type of photo that goes viral and I should post it somewhere.”
Katie immediately posted a picture of Rosie and her puppies, the blacks have named them Clarabelle, Betsy, Daisy, and Moo on Reddit. And obviously the post took the internet by storm.
First Successful Post Went Viral
Yes, that’s right the first post got almost 90k likes and 1,600 people comment on it. It was super impressive for their first post on the site. Katie dad obviously found it funny but also loved the social media attention they were getting! Dog lovers have their way to get love on social media!!!
“Mama looks as confused about this as everyone else,” one fan commented. Another Reddit user wrote something different. “It’s guilt,” they wrote, “her boyfriend’s a black Lab, and he’s coming home any minute now.” ha ha
THE BLACKS ARE AS CONFUSED AS YOU ARE
Apparently even the blacks were confused as to what breed the father was, Katie mentioned to the Press association “When we brought Rosie into our home… she was already in active labor.” BUT to be true, this is the heartwarming story of Rosie and her children who have found a home with the blacks.
